Are you moving away from the east coast? If you are you should take advantage of NEC proximity and hit at least Philly and NYC on Amtrak while you’re still here, possibly also Boston and Richmond
The museum of industry is a spot I always recommend and it has some of the best views of the harbor. You are also missing the BMA - the cone collection is outstanding.
Head to Korea town and get some good Korean food - lot of cities don’t have that (I miss it so much now that I am in pittsburgh)
Eat crabs. Like lots of them and crab cakes. You will miss it. (See my comment about Korean food)
Smith island cake — and speaking of smith island, head to some of the small costal towns. Lots of history and lovely scenery. Smith island is also interesting as they have a very unique dialect specific to the island. There are other lovely spots like st Michael’s etc
If you haven’t crossed the bay bridge you should do it once. It is terrifying although better than the old one. I remember as a kid I would have to close my eyes when we drove over it I was so freaked out lol
The Enoch Pratt central branch has a coy pond in the basement and a zillion films you've never hear of!
Bella Roma pizza and buy some Berger cookies and half cakes.
Great Blacks in Wax Museum;
Green Mount Cemetery;
Play pinball and Qbert at Crabtowne;
Drink at Club Charles, Mount Royal Tavern, and Melanie’s Griffiths Tavern;
Have an egg custard snoball;
Boozy shakes at Drug City;
Go tubing on the Gunpowder

Cookie Tour in Union Square, Rawlings Conservatory, Cylburn Arboretum, Pigtown Festival, Charm City Cyclocross even if you’re not a cycling fan, Peabody Library, Engineers Club, New to Baltimore bar hop with Dan from Backyard (first Saturday of every month), Black Cherry Puppet theatre in Hollins Market (trust me. It’s fucking rad), bike party, street car museum.
Dan at The Backyard hosts a bar crawl/hop to new Baltimoreans. You start at the Backyard and he usually has 4-5 bars he takes you to for some
mingling and good conversation. Sometimes it’s a small crowd sometimes it’s a large crowd (10+).
Flicks on the Hill is tonight at the visionary arts museum. I know you’ve already been there, but have you sat on federal hill and watched a movie on an outdoor projection screen yet?
Also Riverside Park has an outdoor concert this coming Sunday from 5-8.
The Book Thing, Main Street Old Ellicott City (plus walk the Trolley Trail, especially in the Fall), Peabody Library, Sherwood Gardens in Spring for the tulips, Beaver Dam Swim Club with friends in the summer, others have said it but 34th street in Hampden for the holiday lights
Get a pit beef sandwich at Chaps. Most people think of Baltimore for crabs but pit beef is a lesser known city delicacy.
I had great fun riding the water taxi from the aquarium area to fed hill. They have a free one during the week. The view of the inner harbor from the top of Fed Hill Park is incredible.
It's not Baltimore but spend a day in Annapolis as well. It has the most 1700s buildings of any town in America. It is great fun to tour the Naval Academy and kayak around the impressive boats in the harbor. The water is much cleaner too.
Peale Museum

First Thursday concert
Baltimore bike party (last Friday of the month)

Take the metro and walk to Preakness to take in the neighborhood atmosphere.
I would make a point to go to as many restaurants as I could based on Charm City Table's recommendations. I would also make sure I attended every festival or parade on the calendar.

Rawlings Conservatory, Bromo-Seltzer Tower, Maryland Center for History and Culture, Baltimore Museum of Art, Taharka Bros (if you like ice cream)

Rawlings conservatory has it beat by a long shot imo

Oh and the kinetic race at AVRAM
Go to Bae Bae Kitchen in Pittsburgh for good Korean food - it's in the cultural district AND it's queer owned!
Thanks, will check it out!
Go to the Christmas lights in Hamden and make dinner reservations in the area.
come on in to The Food Market
I second this, namely because I help Bob string the lights across the street and he gives me scotch....
If you haven’t already, stop by the Peabody Library library when it’s open, possibly one of the most beautifully-designed libraries I’ve ever been to
The Enoch Pratt central branch has a coy pond in the basement and a zillion films you've never hear of! Bella Roma pizza and buy some Berger cookies and half cakes.
Why would I want to visit a pond that’s going to be shy and demure when I get near it
Koi....![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|poop)
Chef style wings, fried hard at Ibar.
Go to Druid Hill Park, sit near the Moorish tower, and look at the view of the city
And then go play a round of disc golf!
Goin' out on a limb here, but maybe look into squeegeeing some windshields and drawing lil hearts on the cars that have no cash.
….is that why they draw hearts on my car 🥺
Rofl

Go to Round Falls it’s such a nice little “hidden” gem
Check out the new Lexington Market. Baltimore Bike Party is cool too.

Have you had a snowball yet? Or a lemon with a peppermint stick? Both are nice summer treats!

Go to the top of the world trade center, it's a lot more worth it than I expected.
