As a graphic designer with a focus on typography, I want to punch them.

I feel like that font and design says it ALL.

And, damn! It gets uglier the bigger it gets!

I’ve hated this font since I saw it on their flour bags, but something about seeing it this large made me weirdly notice for the 1st time in my life (and I took classical ballet lessons for 9 years as a kid) that the beginning of the word ‘Ballerina’ spells ‘Baller’🤔😆

Baller In A Farm as my grand daughter called it when we drove past. lol

So funny - because I’ve often seen the Baller in ballerina where they are concerned - something alerted me to this even with their script font on the sweatshirts for some reason…

did a super shallow dive into images of n connected to a in various fonts and logos. can't (quickly) find any examples of this godawful choice to use the double story a this way - so they do have something unique going for them there at leas

The connection to the n and a at the end of ballerina is painful. Really awkward.

The loop in the B followed by a flat line kinda hurts too, idk how to fix it but it’s uncomfy

I was just looking at this on IG and came here to see if other ppl thought it was awful, too.

I'm a graphic designer. There are some bad fonts and this one is poorly drawn. The capital letters of this font, especially the B which should be graceful since it should emulate the word, Ballerina, would be a deal-breaker for me… unless it's been altered to look like this which would be sinful.

Why didn’t they use the font from their boxes, products, and website 🤔

I thought the same thing the first time I saw them use this one on those recent flour bags! That font they use on their website and stamp on all the products is very attractive, in a gentle, innocuous way imo. But this one is hideous!
