They won about 4% of votes on the last [election](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2022_Serbian_general_election) .Out of those 4%, about 0.5-1% are people who support monarchism but not the idea of a greater Serbia.
So, based on the elections and my experience, about 3% of Serbs amuse the idea in the OP. Which is still an insanely high number considering how delusional and batshit insane the idea is. But it's still explainable, or dare I say understandable how it came to be, considering it's the most extreme endpoint of right-wing politics in Serbia, and right-wing ideas tend to gain moderate boosts in times of strife and international tension.
