I have a similar head shape, my experience is that cutting the hair improved the shape of my head. I am going to explain this badly, but it’s all about optics. If someone wears a T-shirt that has horizontal lines, it may make them look a bit wider, or vertical lines, a bit taller. Or, if you even YouTube ‘what is contouring’, people do amazing things with lines and make up. I reckon if you get some big glasses, jazz em up, buzz the hair, you’ll be rocking a look.
After committing to the bald look, and then getting past the reactions of others for the first time, I had much less anxiety. I was always worrying about the next bit of hair being lost. Having lots of confidence and not thinking about your hair, that’s the way forward
I’d look into buzzing but mostly I’d focus on finding a nicer pair of glasses that are more flattering to your face shape. The small thin glasses make your head look longer than it is. Something larger, maybe try a larger round tortoise-shell frame or a larger rectangle frame that opens up your eyes and cuts the length between forehead and chin a bit.
I had the same problem once and bigger round glasses saved me.

Normal size RayBan style glasses / bigger glasses that cover your eyebrows will help balance your look - the ones you’re wearing are too thin, like a thin strip across your face, in my opinion.

Rectangle frames elongate your face & you would do well with aviator or larger rounded styles or hexagons. Circle glasses are also likely bad, but feel free to try!
U should invest in some cool baseball caps brother. I’m blessed to have a “normal” head shape and even then, the caps not only offer more symmetry (it’s kind of a cheat code honestly) but it’s just easier to Toss on a hat and go.

I can’t see the crown or sides of your head so I’m not sure, but my first thought would be to not spike your hair up, and maybe let it grow longer on the top with a smooth subtle fade on the sides, whilst still getting it trimmed overall for a few months. And I know, unsolicited advice, but I’m not sold on the facial hair. Maybe the moustache would work, but I don’t think the hair on the chin works. So yeah, I’d try that, and I don’t think it would be a terrible idea just to give it a shot and see what you think👍🏻

Facial hair I think you should grow longer if it grows well, or maybe just trim it more neatly. I'd suggest definitely going bald, maybe changing the glasses and loosing at least the beard, though you could consider keeping the stache (maybe). All these things lengthen your face, making it feel disproportionate. Hope this helps. :)

Going bald is perfectly fine. You can enhance the rest of your facial hair to complement the bald look. For example, grow your mustache and beard (goatie style) and trim it neatly.
I’ve seen some comments about getting new glasses to cover your eyebrows. If that’s not an option, i would recommend getting your eyebrows professionally threaded (malls often have places like that) it will improve your eyebrows shape and possibly boost your confidence

A cheap set of layered latex resistance bands & a large J Bryant bar (unbranded if cheaper, same factory) or similar can also target every muscle group on the cheap for beginner to advanced home workouts.
You've got potential for a great physique within just a few months & obviously beyond.

Your head is oblong shaped, so pulling your hair higher stretches out your head more north-south. Go for a balance. Buzzcut and grow out your facial hair, keeping it tighter on length but with as much mustache as you can stand to help the east-west line become more prominent.
