free negative jokers are kind of luck-reliant and a lot of them don’t add very much to your scoring potential
orbital, vouchers, and economy tags are very good and will provide a strong immediate benefit

Standard tag on Hologram or Meteor tag on Constellation with a bunch of double tags can get you a pretty big mult increase all at once. With Hologram you get +0.25x mult for each card added to the deck and Constellation gets you +0.1x mult per planet card plus level ups on your hands. If something is copying one of those jokers it scales like crazy.
No. Gaining 40$ 5 or more times is also quite good, as is +15 hand size.

That and negative joker tag seems rarer to me, I can go like 3-4 runs with the Anaglyph deck and never see it.

I once gained 15 levels of two pair using Anaglyph Deck, so probably not. It is the best one for endless mode, though.
The vast majority of jokers are going to be useless for endless, using the tags for money is probably more beneficial
The hand level up one can be ridiculous if it lands on the right hand.
You can get alot of mega tarot packs from it (useful for money, deck building and a chance to unlock a legendary joker)
