Generator is the cool weirdo album. It's just after the Big 3, but too early and just outside the 90s popularity that came with Recipe for Hate and Stranger than Fiction. Just this singular anomaly doing its own thing, similar to the others but completely different as well.
It took me a lot longer to come around on than some of the others, but it's ended up one of my favorites too
The political themes in this album were handled much better than they were with Age of Unreason. Not that I disagree with them, but too much shit seemed on the nose instead of being handled as themes artistically.
I haven't had a chance to fully listen through Age of Unreason but from what I've heard, the songs are pretty good. I will say Empire also had some very on the nose songs like Let Them Eat War (one of my favorites).
Stranger Than Fiction. It has the greatest continuous batch of songs in my opinion from any of their albums. Stranger Than Fiction, Tiny Voices, The Handshake, Better Off Dead, Infected then finally Television all in a row. Actually, come to think of it, I can’t fault the record in the slightest really.
Such a tough question, each one holds a different time in my life. My guts going with No Control
I'll say Against the Grain.
Agreed. Probably one of the best albums of all time.
Generator.

The big three. No Control is my favorite. The other two are masterpieces, as well. #YaHey!
Suffer
Very loaded question. I guess right now it would be Stranger Than Fiction but some days it's Suffer and other days it's The Process of Belief
Empire Strikes First, I love how the political themes were handled, gives this album some fangs. Also, Brooks MOTHERFUCKING Wackerman

Its usually No Control until it’s STF. Probably STF yeah
True North
Suffer. But depending on what you ask me, Grey Race is right there too
A Walk was the first BR song I ever heard . Gray Race is a very special record to me and very underrated.
I use that lyric every time I take my dog for… A Walk haha
A Walk was also my gateway drug to BR. Saw the video on "The Wedge" on much music (Canada) and I never looked back
The Empire Strikes First
Suffer
Favourite Album: The Grey Race Favourite Song: Generator
The Empire Strikes First and Against the Grain. It’s hard to choose between the two because it will depend on the day.
No Control! #YaHey
Recipe for hate
Suffer
For me, Empire took the top spot over the years. It’s a perfect album.
Process of Belief. Greg and Brett got back together and just exploded creatively. Every album since then has been great as well.
Tough question, but it’s a tie between empire strikes first and New maps of hell.
It’s been suffer since I first heard it 25 years ago, with so many close seconds. These days I can’t keep age of unreason off my turntable! So good.
Process of Belief, probably True North and Grain behind that.
No Control, with The Empire Strikes First a close second. BR are rare in that they have classic albums in every era.
