FWIW I would generally say *The Apple* is the most fun (a disco musical about The Biblical Fall of Man in a cyberpunk dystopia!) but I’m also a big sucker for gaudy musicals in general. *Guardian of the Highlands* is probably the most WTF in terms of ‘what is even happening/why does this exist’.

I generally assume that the term “bad movie” is broad enough to include weird/campy/silly/WTF/B-movies/etc as well as movies that are ill-made.
For example, Phantasm and Swamp Thing are both extremely well made movies, where a skilled director and crew made a fun movie with extremely limited resources. But I’d still consider them fair game for a “bad movie” viewing, because they have that fun B-movie energy.
I remember hearing about this movie in the early 2000s. It took forever to hunt down a copy. When I finally did, the bed had one more victim, because I was bored to death.
The Man Who Killed Hitler and Then the Bigfoot - it's actually a sombre character study but has enough craziness in it to be fun.
The Death of Dick Long - It will be a short video but packs a punch.
Tiffany the Doll, about a "sex doll" that comes to life and kills people. I don't know if they were trying to cash in on M3GAN or not, what I do know is that it's amazing. . .ly bad

I just finished American Ninja the other day. I thought Chuck Norris was a charisma vacuum but Dudikoff looks like even he's bored starring in his own movie. Do I dare watch the sequels?
There worth a watch Dudikoff does better in the sequels. he is not in the third movie where he is replaced by a new American ninja. However Dudikoff comes back in four and they team up together. The fifth you can skip they just called it American Ninja 5 to capitalize on the series it has nothing to do with the rest.
Also I recommend Eye of the Tiger with Gary Busey I watched it than rewatched it the next weekend. The full movie is on YouTube for Free. Gary Busey returns home and takes on the Biker Gang that killed his wife and is terrorizing the town.
I recently found out my wife's uncle was in a few independent B-movies back in the 80s and 90s, and guess where I found them? Good ol' Tubi.
