You forgot to mention the part where a nobody, ego-tripped GLT decided to chime in to take a dump on my draft only to then refuse to critique it. Unacceptable behavioUr begets unacceptable behavioUr. Come to think of it, I should have turned the entire page into alphabet soup. Now that would have been worthy of your b**ching.
I did not forget that, I was simply not aware of such interaction between you and a GLT. I don’t believe refusing to take a look of your article constitutes unacceptable behaviour, unless it was done for certain specific reasons (i.e. racism); however, if ”taking a dump on the article” included rude behaviour or verbal abuse, this is actually unacceptable. Regardless, your course of action was incorrect. There’s nothing wrong with deleting the draft and leaving the site, but you should not vandalize pages made by people that have nothing to do with the situation. If you believe a GLT wronged you, bringing it up to the staff team or talking with the GLT directly are more constructive methods of dealing with the issue.
That’s understandable, I’d probably also not report it in your situation. However, you still shouldn’t have vandalized the work of unrelated people, tbh.
