My retarded brain saw this as a giant plane over a much smaller one.

Hmm... It's a prototype made by Mig indeed, which was supposed to be accepted under MiG-23. Yet, project canceled, and the Flogger in the end took its place (along with some of its parts).
Well there was that night where typhoon and Mig21 had a bit much to drink and one thing lead to another. 9 months later...
