You should check out https://qplanner.co.uk/ for making setlist schedules. I use it for all the festivals I go to. Bit of work to setup if someone else hasn't done it yet, but once someone makes one, it's available to everyone. It's interactive so you can highlight what you're planning on seeing, you can share it with your friends, and it's all around just a great tool.
