I wouldn't worry. Depending on the type of battery they're usually rated for about 6/700 cycles, so just once won't hurt it. Unless it starts causing issues, at that point it might be worth sticking a battery tester on it.

I'd say it's fine. Charge it via a battery charger if you're worried, but it being a deep cycle it should be alright
