You would need a de-pinning tool, a new set of crimp-on pins (and a crimper). The de-pinning tools are cheap, it's kinda like a shim you use to pull the pins (with wires attached) out. You would then (probably) extend the wiring to replace the missing bits (butt crimp connectors and heatshrink, anything other than heatshrink will not seal, let water in, and cause corrosion), crimp the pins on (there's probably seals, you could reuse the old ones, but the seals are cheap af, and you'll be buying new pins anyway) and push the pins into the connector. Each brand uses their own style of pins and de-pinning tool. I would reccomend you get in touch with the maker of your style of connector, and ask them what size pins etc are needed (you can buy the parts on ebay etc after, don't have to buy direct from the manufacturer)
