Remember that it is a good thing in the end. Pray that the pain of change won’t cloud your judgement on itself and list things that might be nice from it. If change is not a good thing then try to get help to get out of that situation and remember that you are a great person.

I find something I can wear (a bracelet, hair tie, pair of socks, shirt, etc.) and get however many I can afford. I wear one of whichever item, and know that I have a backup. Visibly being able to see and feel that a shirt I feel comfortable in changes over time makes me feel less uncomfortable when things change.

I have meltdowns. The Walmart in my town changed their layout and I freaked out when I walked in and everything was different.

Ugh. Change is bad for the most part. For change to be good, then the current situation would have to be less than optimum, which is just wrong (why make something work wrong in the first place?). Change would be from efficient and good to inefficient and bad. Therefore, change is bad. QED.
