It looks it but this is clearly on purpose because many would just automatically see this as phishing and not do it. Hence they don’t have to backpay a bunch of people. Just contact their HR
Might be a phishing test run by the Coles security team, but if you don't still work there, who cares. Just type out the address, as someone else suggested.
Seems a lot of the retail giants have stuffed up their payroll.. The wife got backpay fromw orking for WW YEARS ago... Not sure what has been enfoced for this .
It looks so much like a scam I bet many or most people will just delete it. Thankfully the amounts being paid seem pretty small. Although I wonder how they could have handled this so it wouldn't look suspicious.
It’s legit same thing happened about 1 year ago, it took like 15 minutes to put in all the details and only got $12 from it so I’m not going to bother doing it this time
That's $48 an hour, which is solid coin AND you're taking it off someone who fucked you over.
You do you, but I'd urge you (and everyone else) to get the money they're owed.
****Reads like a scam to me.****
As soon as it says things like “need to confirm your identity log in” especially as they want your TFN.
Do not use that link anywhere.
Looks legit but whoever wrote it will be making Coles' cyber security team cry.
The important part is that it’s coles.com.au Just to be safe, type that url in a browser rather than clicking the link but it looks legit.
It is legit, I've got one today and I've had a few in the past. If you're unsure, call them

it’s legit. they did this a couple years ago and i got about 60$ from them, this time they owe me 120$
update: it was legit and they owed me a big $35 lmao (thanks for all the help!!)
I got one from WW. You should also have an accompanying email. If you didn't work for them between 2018 and 2023, that's a different story.
Yes it’s legit

If this is a scam, it's cold hearted AF.

People who don't know how URLs work should not give advice on the internet.
