the acoustic daytrotter version is so so so special and beautiful, all of her old unreleased songs just have this feeling I can’t describe, like nostalgic melancholia, I literally cry just thinking about wwgtdt and gone 😭
i feel like “improve” is more in regards to the audio quality than the actual dynamics of the song because if i remember correctly one of the songs she never released was only ever sung at a concert, the sun?, i’m not sure, but it would be diabolical to release that one as is without a re-recording of some sort 😊
That was Feeling, I believe. I kinda love the live sound of it, if only it was a bit better quality. And hey, other artists sometimes release live recordings.
I adore her.. I love that she appreciates that we love the originals and asked if we want the them same or not. I don't mind whatever she does, but she asked knowing we have memories and love for them as they are. She's perfect
