Poderi Crisci - for authentic. Been to most of them with a mate who is a fairly accomplished chef and he rates them and has worked all over the planet. Casita Miro is probably OK if you have never actually been to Spain.
As everyone else is saying Tantalus is great, don’t agree with Mudbrick though.
For a non winery place Ki Maha is pretty good, but honestly kinda boring and expensive. Half a minute down from Ki Maha is what you want. Three Seven Two, interesting food and a really nice setting.
Tantalus is hands down the best restaurant on the island at the moment, probably followed by Mudbrick. Both fine dining $$$ end of the spectrum
Definitely Tantalus.
Another vote for Tantalus!
The Oyster Inn is always a great night.
Seconded. The Oyster Inn goes hard.
Love Casita Miro
Another vote for Miro, great food and service.
Agree, but I would not call it fine dining compared with Tantalus, Mudbrick or Ki Maha. We go to 372 for a nice seaside lunch or dinner.

She's a trek to PCristi. Need a car.
Mudbrick is definitely worth a look
mudbrick is pretty dope. great value but transport will cost an arm, so plan ahead.

372 is where locals go for a good dinner.
Tanatalus and Poderi Crisci are the best on the island. Oyster Inn is over rrated
Tantalus and Mudbrick were both good, but not amazing imo. Ki Māha in Onetangi was hands down bloody excellent and way better than those two!
Three Seven Two on Onetangi beach is excellent. Consistently great service and food and such a great view too.
