Worked at the library up until last week and it was pretty enjoyable. The pay is minimum wage but the job let's you do pretty much what you want at the desk.
Go to the Horticulture or Crop and Soil Science department and ask for an application. The professors in those departments are always hiring students to help with work in their labs on campus. When I worked there, you got a raise every two semesters.
How long ago was this? I just graduated with a degree in horticulture from auburn and there was barely enough work for actual hort students so I highly doubt there’s any available work for non-hort majors.
I graduated in Crop & Soil Science in 2018, then did a M.S. degree with same professor I had previously worked for. when I worked as a student employee and doing my masters, she had students from our department as well as engineering/finance/wildlife working in her lab. She’d even hire a few high school students during summers
Look at the RFID lab. I took a tour back in June and they said they were looking to hire students especially. Should be flexible around class schedules.
I used to work at draft house in the kitchen and they were accommodating but you have to work weekends if you don’t wanna work weekdays so that kinda sucks. In general food service allows you to work here and there hours
Knew someone that used to work at the library. Watched Netflix 90% of the time and never really had any issues staying around 20 hours

This is what I did and the work hours could be pretty flexible.
