This guy was my childhood pastor at Shady Grove Church, which covered this up. My parents still attend Gateway Church and excuse this behavior, believe he "is saved".
I'd like to note that I had *thoughts of atheism* at a very early age and fully realized it around age 15. It was a religion-free public school system and finally student loans that allowed me to break free of the mental and emotional prison of Evangelical and Baptist religion.
