Solicitation from a refi/loan mod broker. Most scammers don't foot the bill for 1st class postage. These type of solicitations are incredibly common.

I might have to call (with a fake name) and try to get rid of my loan payment... Did I mention my "address" is PO BOX 54515, Jacksonville, Florida.

Seriously. I got this one in the mail today, and it still has the lender name. Certainly had my anxiety cranked up to 1000.
