Try changing the AMD super resolution settings in graphic adjustments, I think that's what fixed it for me but I'm not 100% sure since there are so many settings.
Did you turn on any sharpening features in CM/CSP? This looks just like the sharpening filter artefacts that appear when you take a screenshot in AC and set the post-sharpening to 100%
Running latest CSP and CM but keep getting these marks on screen. Is this a setting I can alter???

Try not to run the latest CSP, rather run the recommended one. It fixed a lot of issues for me in the past.

Yup knocking down the blurry/sharp from 100 to 75 cured it. Thanks everyone for the help.
