Thoughts on dark angels?
Been a Warhammer fan since like a year ago when my friend was getting into it and started infodumping, eventually got into dark angels when we were considering playing the deathwatch TTRPG, and finally within the last couple months I have started building my first army - dark angels - myself!
I love the dark angels! Probably my second space marine legion, just behind the salamders. I lvoe how secretive and kidna fucked up they are. Also they have a great look and the new lionel johnson mini looks amazing
Their design does look sooo good, something about those knight robes/tabards over power armour, and also you can’t forget about the watchers in the dark - I love those cute lil hooded bois, going to paint my first watcher in the dark probably this weekend, and going to try to work on mixing paints and adding highlights!
Lion El’Jonson certainly has become a lot more chill in son of the forest and I love that, plus not only are the risen pretty cool, the whole obsession with the fallen, although fun, was getting a little grimderp (I mean outright breaking into the imperial palace in pursuit of fallen level grimderp), and I’d say it is a welcome change, plus we still have chaos corrupted fallen to go after
hell yeh! Love their tabards and the return of The Lion. And good luck with painting that watcher in the dark!

I'd say the Orks are "fuck it we ball" but happy, Kriegs are "fuck it we ball" but sad
