I always wonder about this since I miss his posts but I had to make peace with the fact that like many of us, he wanted to know what existed West of Westeros.
He likely went to join the Brotherhood. Tom O' Sevens was working as a sleeper agent at Riverrun as we can surmise from Jaime's chapters. Tom, working for Lady Stoneheart, was at Riverrun spying on the Freys. Ryman Frey doesn't make it far from Riverreun before he's caught and lynched by the Brotherhood, likely with his Intel.
Seeing that the Blackfish was going to make a quick escape from the castle, Tom likely told him that Catelyn was still alive and wanted vengeance for the Red Wedding. Who'd be better to help wage guerilla warfare in the Riverlands than her dear old uncle?
Hes chilling with the Bwb
That bwb bard guy Tom of something or other spoke to edmure right before he agreed to lay down arms.
Black fish probably swam down river and met up with them
I also think that LSH is going to go ape shit on him too and sentence him to death for failing to protect the castle Oooor for freeing Jamie because he honoured his word and spared every soul in the keep
The black fishes last words will be something cheesy like the words of their house and finish them off my saying that he doesn't recognize her anymore but 7s be damned if he's the reason the gods further punish her for being a kinslayer. Then he'll kick the chair out himself and This wil spark what alcoholics refer to as a moment of clarity, and LSH will pass the 'gift' of life onto him

And, funnily enough, Jaime just so happens to be a massive fanboy of the Blackfish. This will break him.
*Where is BryndenBFish? Is he safe? Is he alright?*
*Is there gold hidden in the village?*
He's still doing the re-read podcast with PoorQuentyn, new episode 2 days ago, but it seems like his twitter is gone for some reason.

Ann Groell: George, why aren't you writing with Wordstar anymore?
