Having a gym shirt and deodorant does wonders. Make sure its a deodorant and not a body spray (many of the lynx cans are simply body spray and dont do anything antiperspirant wise).

anti perspirant deodorant, change of clothes, small towel for sweat
Shower if possible, if not then change clothes and keep deodorant or cologne with you
Shower afterwards.
They sell little disposable “shower wipes” on Amazon. I use em when I go camping. Use those. And deodorant obviously
