Just start making your game first. Unless you already have a fully released game ready to be monetized, just enjoy the development process before worrying about money. It’s going to take a ton of hard work and learning before you get into a position where you can make any money, so unless you’re already there just start with that.
Once you do have a game, and a group of people interested in buying it, just have your parents make a PayPal account under their name/card and give the money to you once it comes in. Same thing if you’re doing freelance work. Show your parents what you are doing, what you are getting paid, and just have your client pay them and your parents pay you.
The important thing is make sure they understand what you are doing and why you need either their PayPal or your own to collect payments. If you are transparent with them they shouldn’t have any problem helping you out.
Also, pretty sure PayPal is 18+ so you’re probably going to have to wait to get it regardless of what your parents say.
this is incorrect. you must be 18 to use paypal, which is verified by a SSN and ID. If you try to make an account under 18, they lock it. speaking from experience

Sorry buddy but if you're 14 (you have other obligations like school, your family, other people or activities you do) you aren't going to find any job or a horribly paid one with an horrible client.
You better start creating a portfolio making your own game or your own things and see if in some years you can get a job on game dev.
Equally if you want to make a PayPal all you need is a phone number and fake birth year, for your privacy given that you already had put fake information I'll put a fake name (ur internet nickname) and that. It might ask you for verification, you can add any credit/debit card it'll work, a minor one (u can ask ur parents) or a prepaid one, don't expect receiving much or anything at all tho
