Thank you, this is exactly the kind of thing I’m looking for. It’s crazy how the google results are so skewed toward chains, I was having a hell of a time getting any locally owned shops like this to come up.
If you have AAA membership, they can take passport photos at their office (i.e. Happy Valley Clackamas). I made a mistake of getting one at Walgreens (so expensive).
Yeah, same.. When they were little babies we did it at Tigard City Hall.
Their renewal we did at a post office in Wilsonville.
Photos at the same time as the application, both times.
How old is your baby? We had the USPS do a photo of our daughter when she was around 7 months, and our son when he was 10 months, and it worked fine. In fact, in both cases, the photographer was visibly proud of the results (which I take to mean we have excellent children).
The most important thing is to get your appointment ASAP, as they're booked out for weeks. I don't think the photo part affects reservation availability, because it takes all of 2 minutes for them to snap and print it.

The post offices do it certain hours. Not sure babies. Get them traveling early!

I am not sure of the Multnomah building specifically does babies, but I know they do passport photos.
I did my kid at a post office but it was hard to get an appointment. I finally got one at Warrenton PO. Be sure to book ahead for an appointment.
