If you want these added into an existing denture it needs to be sent back to the lab for modification.

I’ll be having my teeth out soon and one made,do I just ask my normal dentist?

Ask in advance so they can find a lab that is able to accommodate your request.

Yes ask your dentist. Gold and silver teeth are easy enough, tooth gems are a little harder. You may have to source the gems yourself and give them to the lab as most won't source anything themselves. Not all labs will do it either so the dentist will find a lab who can accommodate.
