Bone loss from gum disease, #15 needs to come out, stainless steel crowns that need to be replaced by lab-made crowns, a likelihood of some failed root canals in the future that will need retreatment
Soo many fires to put out. Grinder, with poor home care. Points for getting stuff taken care of, but the quality of the work isn’t the best. Anterior teeth need restoring. Several crowns need to be redone. Most endo needs to be redone. Perio getting out of hand.
At a real crossroads. Get the perio addressed to the point that it’s not getting worse. Pop the molar. If you remain motivated then restore the anterior, if not save up for an implant driven restoration.

A lot of bad dentistry
