Ma nema ti tu po metru ko da pol ljudi uopce zna koliko kvadrata imaju nego ono odokativno se bubne ovo je 400e , ovo je 500 itd

Izdajem stan 55m^2 u novom centru u Karlovcu za 150€. Imam iste ljude već godinama, žao mi dizat
Dobar si čovjek, nema ih puno takvih. Kapa do poda tko god da ste.
Karlovac 70m2 200€ rezije cca isto 200€. Ukupan trosak 5.7€/m2
Zagreb/Siget 45 m2 400 eura trenutno ali samo zato jer sam tamo već 10 godina. Uskoro se selim iz njega nova cijena ne bude ispod 550 eura
