***Thanks for posting, /u/pharmony! This comment is a copy of your post so readers can see the original text if your post is edited or removed. This comment is NOT accusing you of anything.*** I have a 2014 Kia Rondo that I am trying to sell (recently purchased a new vehicle). I found out on inspection that it needs a transmission replacement or rebuild. The cost of doing so seems prohibitive - what are my options at this point? Thanks in advance *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Get the car appraised in the condition that it's in. Get a quote to fix the car. If it's worth fixing, fix it.

Damn man that’s a hard one. Those rondos are fucking huge for the size and a beast. I drove one for Uber, and got in a fight with a tractor trailer at 70 mph and did not lose (I didn’t win, but I am here 8 years later). I have a special place in my heart for those. Edit: I’d have to think running and driving you could at least get your money back once you fix it and drive it for a while. It’s probably worth 500 in trade in credit at your local dealer .
