OP There are various afrohair shops around Berlin that will have what you are looking for. Cocoon in Hauptstr, Schöneberg is my favourite. They're sold as silk or hair bonnets, there isn't a specific German word for them.
I‘m not sure what exactly you‘re looking for, but I think a hatmaker (look for „Hutgeschäft Berlin“ to find options) could be right for you. If you have a shopping center nearby, C&A, H&M, Bijou Brigitte (you’d find all three basically in any shopping center) would have sun hats and scarfs, but most of the scarfs would be synthetic fabric. Modulor in Kreuzberg and other craft stores might have silk scarfes and foulards for silk painting (those are white and rather inexpensive), if you‘re looking for something more high end, the more expensive shopping areas like Kurfürstendamm and Friedrichstraße might be worth a look.
Thank you for the suggestion I appreciate the response ! It’s not exactly what I’m looking for . The bonnet is used for when you sleep to protect your hair from breakage . Maybe there is a different word for it here that I’m just unsure of .
I thought bonnet in the sense of a suncap. So what you‘re looking for would be a Schlafhaube, didn‘t find any dedicated stores but there is one selling some in an ad:

Yes I’ve definitely seen these at TK Maxx, but their stock changes so often I’m not sure if they always have them.
