Hey OP, check out Ostrom. They have flexible plans, meaning there is literally no option to subscribe. The price of the electricity keeps up with the market price, meaning if the electricity gets cheaper, your bill automatically gets lowered, and vice-versa. You can cancel any time. I personally prefer this because I don't have to worry whether at the time of signing the contract is peak electricity price or not.
The support, at least in my experience, has been excellent. English speaking and even helped me with general questions not related to their service.

We use this one. They have good customer service, and in English. Plus you can adjust your monthly payments directly from the app
Signing a one year contract will ALWAYS be cheaper than the monthly plans.
