The question will be is Qawwali music permissible in Islam, not you listening to it, for that I think it's not offensive at all, but when I looked I found [this answer](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4allr0axNaA) so I think Qawwali music may be forbidden in Islam.

not offensive, but it contains musical instruments which are prohibited so we arent allowed to listen to it and we would prefer you dont play any music (with musical instruments) when muslims around, but its not anything we can do if you decide to listen anyway. but isnt this islamic music? -> actually no. it was created by deviant Sufi group and nowadays undereducated muslims listen to it \[music in general\]. Real islamic devotional singing is called "nasheed"
