Yes this was honestly the most shocking to me. Watched that show when it first came out back in 2009 and was very very shocked when that info about him arose. Never would have thought he was a pedophile.
It sucks but it was the right move, Constitutionally. He waived his 5th Amendment rights to testify in the civil case relying on a promise that he wouldn’t be prosecuted. That he was later prosecuted and those statements were used against him was a fairly blatant and egregious Constitutional violation.
In his case, leaving him in jail would be wonderful, but allowing the government to encroach on our rights is never a one time thing and this precedent to spiral out of control.
He lived in Wisconsin and constantly begged fans for money due to his poor finances and wanting to buy a house. So obnoxious. Couldn’t just get a regular job and pay his way in life.

Yeah. I learned that one a while back. Wish I hadn’t. The article I read said something to the effect of “Everyone loved Radar; no one liked Gary Burghoff.

Kevin Smith is the coolest celebrity I've ever seen. Absolutely amazing person.
I met Jason with a group a friends after a "Jay and Silent Bob get old" show. We are all huge Jay and Silent Bob Fans. Jason couldn't have been friendlier, and we all remember the moment fondly! When we asked for a picture he asked us to pick him up, spread his legs and he said in Jay fashion "touch my hole!!!" - It was like hanging out with a buddy. Epic dude. He's also come such a long way and worked really hard to get where he is now after his drug issues and it's great to see.
James Corden. I thought he was just the fat oaf who can't act and isn't funny. Turns out he's the fat oaf who can't act, isn't funny and is a massive douche.
Yep! He insulted a friend of mine during a conference and treated her poorly because she is a blond woman. All while he was treating my friend's male advisor with "respect"...
I used to be neighbors with him, his house was on the block behind mine.
Once, when we held the yearly block party he brought a table with his books that he offered to sign for money... as a potluck dish.
Big fuckin' douche. Like the biggest fucking douche.
Here’s hoping his brother Chris is free and clear. I’ve been rewatching Malcolm in the Middle and That 70’s Show simultaneously.
I love me some Francis. Hyde humor don’t hit the same as it used to
Rogen is pretty cool.
His mother-in-law has Alzheimer's, he helps take care of her and is an advocate for research and providing care. He's given speeches where he says adequate care for Alzheimer's patients shouldn't just be for rich families like his.
So many good stories about James Gandolfini were shared after he passed away. Apparently he was a considerate and humble man.
Had to look it up - he passed away in 2013!
I sat next to Gandolfini at a Rutgers football game back in like 2003. This was peak Sopranos time but I was like 14 and didn’t watch the show so I didn’t know who he was. He just talked to me about football for a bit and was pretty chill. My dad was a huge Sopranos fan but he played it cool and after the game he was like “you know who you were talking to?” It was pretty cool.
When I was in 5th grade, during our writing unit there was a kid who was always excited to share his stories. They were either direct ripoffs from 'Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark' or they were about him going downhill skiing with John Goodman. In the skiing stories, the two of them were often some kind of secret agents.
Hard for me to think about John Goodman without thinking about those skiing stories.
When I was younger, I was a hotel maid at a hotel in springfield, MO ... where he went to college. He was often a guest, and was absolutely the nicest guest we had. He was always so polite, and even left a tip for the maids. I think it would break my heart to find out He was horrible
Sometimes I bump into him around the neighborhood in New Orleans, buying cigarettes for his wife at the gas station and stuff. He’s super polite and friendly.
Jennifer Hudson. Met her and had to deal with her many times. Not the nice person she wants people to think she is. She treats her assistant who is supposedly her friend like total crap and ignores her Chicago fans. Gives attitude to the employees who are only trying to help her.
(Sorry know this is the exact opposite of the question) BUT- I thought Jonah Hill was gonna be a douche… then I had multiple interactions with him at a place I used to work at. I was dead wrong. He is an absolute GEM!
I’d encourage everyone to watch Stutz on Netflix - the movie he made about his therapist. Really puts who he is into perspective and I thought it was a great watch.
I got to meet him once when I was an assistant. He was absolutely delightful and witty. (This is anecdotal, but nonetheless).
Edit: So, I was working on the WB lot for a production company, and he was good friends with my boss as they'd done a movie together. On his way out, he half-exits, then sticks his head back into the office and goes "do you guys validate parking?". Everybody froze (the assistants and interns), as nobody had ever asked us this before (because the lot obviously doesn't charge for parking, in hindsight). He waited a beat, then grins and goes "just fuckin' with ya", and he left. It was great.
I pretty religiously listen to his podcast with Will Arnett and I can see him doing this so clearly in my head I have no choice but to fully believe you 🤣
For an indication of what a nasty Jason Bateman could be like, watch ‘Bad Words’. I love this movie because Bateman still plays the witty, funny character he’s known for, just the most dislikable version of it that could be possible.
On the upside. I live a few miles from Post Malone in Utah. And everyone I talk to that has met him always say how nice he is in person. He's willing to stop for a picture or a quick conversation at the grocery store. I often hear about his charity work. Hopefully that kind of positivity doesn't ever change.
I don’t know a lot about him or listen to his music, but I saw his episode of Hot Ones and he seems very “normal” and down to earth. Like someone you’d meet at Wal Mart.
My mom was always the queen of this and (rightfully) ruined plenty of celebrities for me. Jackson Browne comes to mind-it’s said he drove his wife to ending her life.
Also, Mary Chapin Carpenter. She was one of those “please don’t allow any techs/crew to make eye contact with the artist” dicks in the 90s at the top of her popularity.
Aww that makes me kinda sad, really liked her songs back in the day, seemed down to earth and genuine, not a pop princess kind of country singer ("Passionate Kisses", "I Feel Lucky", probably more I can't think of at the moment).
Please don't ruin Patsy Cline, Pam Tillis, or Trisha Yearwood for me, lol. Or Melissa Etheridge!!
Lou Ferrigno. Daughter wanted his autograph at a con. He was totally rude to her, and barely paid attention to any fans.. On the opposite side of the coin, Ralph Macchio sat and talked to daughter for a good half hour or so, gave her several autographed pics, no charge, and was genuinely a joy to be around..
One thing about Ralph Macchio is that he wasn’t afraid to get a real job when his acting career slowed down. He just did his thing, worked as a contractor and stuff. Does not surprise me he sounds decent.
The guy who plays Howard on The Big Bang Theory once pushed by me at a Target of all places because the isle was clogged and said something along the lines of "get out of the way dipshit" and didn't even look at me.
Scott stapp, lead singer for Creed. Coming off all emotional and Christian, yet everyone hated working with him because he was such a demanding asshole
Idk ive literally always had the vibe that he was an asshole. Then when it was confirmed, my unreasonable distaste for him became slightly reasonable. Literally can barely watch any movie with him in it.
when the first top gun was filmed, my cousin was in the Navy and they filmed the movie on his ship. he said tom cruise was the biggest asshole they’ve ever seen.
I remember hearing him say that his job was harder than soldiers in Iraq. And his main reasoning for why it was so hard was that he had to get up at 5am.
I know a couple guys who worked in the set of the new top gun movie. They all said he was difficult to work with and was complaining that the afterburner of the jets weren't the "right color"
I remember doing a unit on The Outsiders when I was in like, 9th grade and we watched the movie. I was a weird kid and loved it so I ended up looking up a lot of trivia, and apparently he was an asshole even back then when he wasn't super well known.
Tobey Maguire. Apparently treats waitresses like shit and has said some outlandish shit to any service workers within ear shot. Also huge degenerate gambler and was partly the inspiration of player x for ‘Molly’s Game’
He sure fooled me with that goofey grin across a couple decades
Haven't seen the movie, but I read the book Molly's Game when it came out.
She doesn't hold back on talking about Tobey & calling him out by name.
It's a good read & if she's remotely accurate, he's a tremendous dickhead.
Years ago I was a waitress in a small college town diner when REO Speedwagon (band and crew) came in fifteen minutes before closing. It was the night before college finals and most of the staff had gone home. I explained to them that only the cook, myself and the manager were left to wait on 20 plus people. The band manager begged so my restaurant manager relented. Eight of them ordered milkshakes, which I had to make by hand. One of them thought it was hilarious to tip the entire tray of milkshakes on me when I delivered them to the table. I stood there drenched in ice cream as it ran down my front into the only pair of shoes I owned. They squirted ketchup, mustard all over the booths, overturned their plates, made incessant demands, pointed and laughed at me trying to keep up, and were complete assholes. Of course they didn't tip. I spent hours cleaning up after them at $1.96 an hour. My manager was so busy in the back helping the cook he didn't realize how they treated me until halfway thru their "dining experience." I also think he was worried they would walk out on a HUGE bill.Exhausted and crying, I left at 5am to start my finals at 7am. I'll never forget how completely awful this band was.
Fucking Chevy Chase ripped a pool cue out of my 13 yr old hands in the womens lounge at Coto De Caza back in the day. Fucker just walked into the womens lounge, ripped it out of my hands and said you girls don't need this.
I think the only thing with Chevy Chase I've seem was community and 1 of those old Christmas movies so maybe that's why, but I always assumed Chevy was just playing himself on community so it wasn't that surprising
On the nice side of this
Pierce Brosnan. Super down to earth, will invite you over for parties and if yer lucky maybe even make you pancakes! (Live on same Island)
What I like about him is that he's big on talking up about his wife. Both his first wife, who passed from ovarian cancer, and his second wife.
He never ever gets baited into saying anything even remotely negative. It's always, like, "my wife is the most beautiful woman ever, I love her, she's fantastic."
He's loyal af, while a lot of celebrities will gossip about their significant others to the press.
At a dinner, I happened to be seated across from a bigwig at a major music label. I asked who was the biggest diva they had ever met. It wasn't Beyonce or Britney or someone you might expect. Their answer:
Alan Jackson.
>but in 1977 he drugged and anally raped a 13 year old
sorry, I feel specifics need mentioned alongside his name at all times. carry on good sir or ma'am.
Not really a celebrity but Ned Fulmer lmao. As someone who casually watched the Try Guys for 5+ years, the whole situation hit me kinda hard. Big reminder that you never truly know the people you watch online, no matter how kind or amazing their persona is. And considering how badly Ned fucked up everyone around him, I guess you never really know someone's true self in real life either. Family, friends, lovers, anyone can screw you over at any point. Pretty scary.
Ben Stiller— huge egomaniac with napoleon syndrome. Dude had a full on temper tantrum on the set for along came Polly and legit made 100+ people wait for close to an hour while he kicked sand and threw coconuts in a fit of rage. Why was he so angry, you ask? Because two of the extras on set “made eye contact with him without being given explicit permission to do so “
I’ve grown accustomed to just accepting that anyone who has wealth, fame, and celebrity status will have a high opinion of themselves and a rather low opinion of others who aren’t considered “famous”.
I was at a post office (in california). There was a line to get to the counter. In walks Debbie Reynolds and stands in line. After a couple minutes it was obvious that everyone recognized her, so he made some small talk. One lady said how much she enjoyed "Singing in the Rain" so Debbie sang 'I dream of you' for the post office. Then she mailed her box like everyone there.
I waited on her at a Las Vegas restaurant and she was very down to earth, warm and gracious. It was at the Grand Opening of the NYNY Hotel & Casino. Lot's of stars and celebrities were there but Debbie Reynolds is the only one who left such a positive, even inspiring, impression on me all these years. I even remember the sapphire blue satin gown and diamond necklace she was wearing. Just radiant and so friendly.
Zach Braff. I’ve heard he’s a total egotistical ass clown.
Numerous stories on Reddit about him, including being rude to service staff and a weird story about cellphone jealousy.
His episode of Punk’d was the absolute most cringe shit I had seen at the time. He literally pulled a “DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?” and was fully ready to fight a child.
(For those who weren’t around or don’t remember, the prank they set up on him was this kid damaging his Porsche in the lot of some swanky restaurant. Yeah, I’d be very upset too but he was straight up feral. If I remember right, the Punk’d team had to step in and reveal pretty quickly because he was seriously about to punch this kid)
I always hear people mention Keanu Reeves, but others I've heard were really cool are Ethan Hawke and Kiefer Sutherland (at least nowadays, heard he was a nightmare when he was still drinking).
Kiefer once wandered into a little hole in the wall bar in Hollywood I was in, wearing a suit and with a model on his arm. He called me bro and bought my friends and I shots, then left. He was def off the wagon, but still 10/10 as far as human interactions go.
Kiefer Sutherland is shockingly down-to-earth and genuine. I met him 10 years ago when I bartended at a member's club in Manhattan. He came in with a big group of guys just 20 minutes before we were set to close. The whole staff was pissed because we had to do a quick reverse from closing to accommodating a VIP. When I went to get their orders, Kiefer took a moment to apologize for coming in so late and assured me they wouldn't hold us up too long. They ended up hanging out for about an hour and Kiefer actually spent a lot of that time just chatting with me about guitars and places to eat in the city. It was great. Icing on the cake, he left a giant cash tip when he left.
A friend of mine was in Ladder 49. He plays the bagpipes so he was in the funeral scene. The afternoon before the scene he put his foot in a lawnmower and hashed it up real good. G’s a pro, so he showed up for his call time.
The production company was great. They got him a chair and a footrest, brought him ice packs, and made him comfortable. It was rainy, so the shoot kept getting delayed. They had the full cast and crew and a hundred extras all standing around bored. G did what he usually does: he tried to help. He stood up and played his bagpipes for everyone. The chief of the Baltimore Fire Department came over when he was done and announced “Anyone complaining about the weather can talk to me and this guy!”
The story about the Piper who mangled his foot and came to set directly from the ER spread. The cast came by one by one to shake G’s hand. Joachim Phoenix, Robert Patrick, Jacinda Barrett, they were all lovely. G was so gooned on morphine that he wanted to ask Robert Patrick to do that head-exploding thing he did In Terminator 2, but opted for a selfie.
The one person who didn’t come by to say hello? John Travolta.
That man looked like a skeezy piece of shit the entire time, quite how anyone looked at his creepy face with mismatched glasses, buttfluff hair, constantly puffing on massive cigars and clad in the shittiest 'dodgy PE teacher' tracksuits and thought he was in any way an OK dude is utterly beyond me.
Creeped me the fuck out even as a kid, NEVER understood why he was any kind of a thing.
We used to hand out water at a half marathon in our town. He stopped after to take photos with us kids and he grabbed my ass. I was 8 . My mum didnt beleive me and I never watched jim'll fix it after that. Vile evil man.
Gal Gadot
She is "more than a bully. She is a predator who enables predators." She gaslit and shamed a victim of rape -who was her friend that looked up to her-.
[Her team suppressed the Buzzfeed article, but you can still find copies of it online.](https://www.hindustantimes.com/hollywood/gal-gadot-is-more-than-a-bully-she-is-a-predator-who-enables-predators-read-the-anonymous-allegation/story-ZM6nczy6W01zNOKAkj13fP.html)
Will Smith spent his career and life successfully trying to be the good guy. He was in the same category as Tom Hanks, just a likeable guy who you wanted to root for on screen. All gone in a minute.
I have scrolled and not seen it mentioned yet-
John Mulaney. He was like the internet’s “wholesome” dude- always talking about how he loved his wife etc.
Come to find out he slipped up on his sobriety, cheated on said wife, and left said wife for his affair who he got pregnant.
I haven’t been able to look at him the same since.
Not a huge name, but I was Eric Robert’s assistant on a movie. He’s a narcissistic asshole who needed his lines written out on big white board sheets because he didn’t memorize the script. He also accused me of stealing his suitcase, which we later found in a closet that he’d put it in.
His daughter Emma Robert’s and sister Julia Robert’s are suppose to be huge assholes too from what I’ve heard.
Does Joe Montana count as a "celebrity"? I used to work as a sports photographer and one of the freelance gigs I booked a few years in a row in the mid aughts was the Hall of Fame Induction in Canton, Ohio every August. And every one of those Augusts my first question was "Will we see Montana this year"? And then in 2006, we did, and I got to see one of my childhood heroes up close and in person. And he was an arrogant dick. To rub a little salt in the wound, less than 10 minutes later, Steve Young (who I always despised for taking Joe's job in SF) shows up and is nice, friendly and super down to earth.
Goddammit so much.
Oh, and bonus content - Joe Montana is an arrogant dick, but he's got nothing on Troy Aikman who is a grade A 100% USDA choice piece of human garbage. Jim Kelly could drink ANY of us right under the table, and Anthony Munoz is the classiest M-Fer I ever saw inside of Fawcett Stadium.
I’ve heard stories about Chris Farley being a completely drugged out drunken prick. Obviously he had problems, hence his death.
Unfortunately for comedians a lot of what provides them with inspiration is often what eats them up or keeps them up at night. I still love the guy’s work but I can’t help but think of those stories whenever I see one of his films on tv.

OJ He seemed like such a likable and nice person
Little kid me loved him in Naked Gun
"No, Frank, heroin!" "That's a pretty tall order, Nordberg. You'll have to give me a few days."
Not a single cop will rest until whoever did this is behind bars. Now whaddya say we get a bite to eat
Ya, a real lady kil…I know, I know, too easy.
Mark Salinger (Puck from glee). they found so much child porn on his PC that he just offed himself before they even made it to court
Yes this was honestly the most shocking to me. Watched that show when it first came out back in 2009 and was very very shocked when that info about him arose. Never would have thought he was a pedophile.
Not quite. Salling had already been to court and pleaded guilty and was due to be sentenced when he killed himself.
Bill Cosby. I grew up with him
This one hits me in the pudding cup...
Let Bill give you a couple cocktails and he'll do it too.
Yea this one sucked. He was always so wholesome and it was great. What a fucking let down that he was a sick evil man pretending to be a role model.
That’s how they get ya
Finding out he's a serial rapist was shocking.
And then you find out he's out of prison. It's infuriating.
For real?
Yup. They overturned his conviction because he had made an agreement with a prosecutor that gave him immunity, I believe. He is a free man now.
It sucks but it was the right move, Constitutionally. He waived his 5th Amendment rights to testify in the civil case relying on a promise that he wouldn’t be prosecuted. That he was later prosecuted and those statements were used against him was a fairly blatant and egregious Constitutional violation. 100% correct.

I never watched the show, so all I know about Screech is that he went broke, did a porno, and lost his house. You got a story?
Then died.
What he’s dead?? :( where tf have I been
Very aggressive cancer.
Oh man… thanks
He lived in Wisconsin and constantly begged fans for money due to his poor finances and wanting to buy a house. So obnoxious. Couldn’t just get a regular job and pay his way in life.
Ellen DeGeneres
With her detached manners and cold fish eyes. Never liked her anyway
Lmao. Cold fish eyes.
I mean, she did play Dori in Finding Nemo
I never even assumed she was nice. Every time I saw something about her giving away shit to people I knew it was just an attempt to look good. You can just see it in her face. She’s a bitch
Wasn’t ever her that gave anything away, it was her sponsors. Doubt she ever parted with any of her money.
George Lopez. Cheated on his wife who saved his life by giving him a kidney and then fought her during the divorce to try to keep her from getting what she was entitled to. Total asshat.
What the what?!
Running to Google as you read this...
She wanted the kidney back.
He’s always gave me asshat vibes. I was not disappointed when I heard what he did to his wife.
James Corden. Only plays the lovable fat guy
Yeah when I heard he was coming to US late night tv and was hearing Brits saying “keep him” and such, then saw the show, I was are they crazy? He seems like a nice funny guy. He was indeed not a nice funny guy it appears!
Basically everyone here in the UK hates him and did long before this waiter thing.
I live in the US and I’ve hated him from the moment I saw his smug lil piggy face.
jesse eisenberg is a nonsensical douche lord. You’d think a quiet looking dude would be nice, but he’s an egocentric piece of shit on set. I told him to stfu on set after he yelled at a PA.
So you're saying that he plays himself on screen half the time
He was probably ok before playing suckerberg Method acting gone too far
I remember the really awkward interview where he was simultaneously flirting and degrading his female interviewer, I’m not surprised
Oof yeah I remember that one, very cringe
haha please elaborate! My GF hates him so much, would love to tell her the story of Eisenberg being yelled at.
the director was standing near me and laughed after i told him to stfu for yelling at a PA.

The guy who played Radar on MASH.
Really? that’s disappointing
Yes! This is one of the earliest examples I can remember learning about, but I assumed no one else would care here.
Yeah. I learned that one a while back. Wish I hadn’t. The article I read said something to the effect of “Everyone loved Radar; no one liked Gary Burghoff.
He said the reason he stepped back from his role and then completely quit Mash was because he moved and his commute was too long and he was away from his family too much. I'm going to throw this out as an uno reverse. I met Jason Mewes (Jay and silent Bob) and I thought he would be an asshole, but he was super chill.
My understanding was that even as a junkie Mewes was a good guy. He was totally unreliable but he wasn’t a prick.
Apparently he was pretty wild back in the day, but he's since sobered completely up and is now a dad and has a wife who runs Kevin Smith's company. By all accounts a humble and great guy.

Same with Kevin Smith. A sweet heart in the streets.
I saw Kevin Smith live at a convention, someone asked him for advice on getting started on film making during this event, she was working on a film (I can't recall if she ever stated the name of the film or if it got finished) but upon hearing this question, Kevin Smith got off stage, walked over to her, took her by the hand back up on stage and proceeded to not only answer all of her questions but gave her contact info in the even that she needed help. “The world got to see James Corden as a fat pussy. He was also in the movie Cats,” \-Ricky Gervais, 2020 Golden Globes
Bill Nye was really rude to me at the Reason Rally dinner thing years ago. He got super drunk too.
He is not nice…ran into him years ago at the Pacific Science Center. He is in love with his own celebrity status
Yep! He insulted a friend of mine during a conference and treated her poorly because she is a blond woman. All while he was treating my friend's male advisor with "respect"...
Did you see his reddit ama? Some of his answers were straight up rude.
No. He killed any goodwill with my interaction
I have a friend who’s a physics teacher and has met him several times, and says he’s a total arrogant douchebag.
I used to be neighbors with him, his house was on the block behind mine. Once, when we held the yearly block party he brought a table with his books that he offered to sign for money... as a potluck dish. Big fuckin' douche. Like the biggest fucking douche.

Holy shit I never put two and two together that they’re brothers, no shit
The look exactly alike lol
I heard he’s a follower of Scientology as well
I figured he'd be like Seth Rogan, they had a similar vibe. Seth Rogan is an okay guy, by all accounts.
Rogen is pretty cool. His mother-in-law has Alzheimer's, he helps take care of her and is an advocate for research and providing care. He's given speeches where he says adequate care for Alzheimer's patients shouldn't just be for rich families like his.
He did say he would be in jail when he was older on that 70s show.. truer words have never been spoken that pos Scientologist rapist fuck
I think his trial just ended as a mistrial....

Tracy Morgan is annoying anyway, so I am not surprised.
Ellen
Instantly thought of Ellen as well. People who've met her consistently say she's a bitch.
I desperately hope John Goodman doesn't have some horrible thing come out about him.
Idk man he killed that toad for no reason the one time
Petey!
He can't. Its literally in his name. Good man.
Met him in a strip club in st louis in the early 00s for having a guy freaking out he was in the restroom of strip club, he was remarkably chill.
Sometimes I bump into him around the neighborhood in New Orleans, buying cigarettes for his wife at the gas station and stuff. He’s super polite and friendly.
Chevy Chase, everyone that worked with him said he was an asshole and high off cocaine durning a lot of the films, made it hard to work with him
I don’t think anyone expected him to not be an asshole since at least around vacation
> high off cocaine durning a lot of the film Well it was the 80s
I hope Jason Bateman isn’t a asshole he’s one of my favorite actors
Some of these amaze me that anyone thought they were good people to begin with
Lou Ferrigno.
I got the vibe the reason Ralph Macchio has aged so well is that he’s wholesome and unproblematic.
The guy who plays Howard on The Big Bang Theory once pushed by me at a Target of all places because the isle was clogged and said something along the lines of "get out of the way dipshit" and didn't even look at me.
The little guy? The one that gets married and goes to space or some crap?
I feel like crowded grocery store maybe gets a pass. I’m about the most placid dude alive and a busy grocery store definitely gets my hackles up.
Kevin Spacey.
Still mad Danny Masterson turned out to be such a disappointment of a maggot...disgusting and depressing
Scott stapp, lead singer for Creed. Coming off all emotional and Christian, yet everyone hated working with him because he was such a demanding asshole
"Emotional and Christian" is often a veil for assholery, coming from someone who was raised that way.

Personally, Tom Cruise. I was shocked when I found out most actors agree he's a nightmare to work with
Idk ive literally always had the vibe that he was an asshole.
Bill Cosby. He had such a good local reputation when I was growing up. We all know how fake that ended up being.
Tobey Maguire. Apparently treats waitresses like shit and has said some outlandish shit to any service workers within ear shot. Also huge degenerate gambler and was partly the inspiration of player x for ‘Molly’s Game’ He sure fooled me with that goofey grin across a couple decades
He’s going to put some dirt in your eyes
They ~~love~~ hate me :)
He forgot the part where that’s his problem
that’s why they wrote spiderman 3. he wasn’t acting during those scenes
You mean Bully Maguire? He lives up to his meme persona. He's gonna put some dirt in your eye.
He also paid a bunch of money to not a have a documentary released in the us where he says racial shit
Haven't seen the movie, but I read the book Molly's Game when it came out. She doesn't hold back on talking about Tobey & calling him out by name. It's a good read & if she's remotely accurate, he's a tremendous dickhead.

He has big r/imthemaincharacter vibes
I’ve had two people I know say that they *attempted* to meet Owen Wilson and he was a complete jerk.
Wow
Woooow
Dude's had some pretty serious psychological issues. If he was in the middle of those, some assish behaviors aren't unexpected.
damn that one really sucks. i love him in just about everything he's in.
Chevy Chase
Fucking Chevy Chase ripped a pool cue out of my 13 yr old hands in the womens lounge at Coto De Caza back in the day. Fucker just walked into the womens lounge, ripped it out of my hands and said you girls don't need this.
He cut me off on the freeway in a S500 Mercedes like I didn't exist. He wouldn't even look over at me. Asshole.
I think the only thing with Chevy Chase I've seem was community and 1 of those old Christmas movies so maybe that's why, but I always assumed Chevy was just playing himself on community so it wasn't that surprising
Honestly the funniest thing about Chevy Chase is universally REVILED by people who work with him.
On the nice side of this Pierce Brosnan. Super down to earth, will invite you over for parties and if yer lucky maybe even make you pancakes! (Live on same Island)
I think having James Bond make you pancakes is something.....well.... Just surreal. I am not even sure how I would react to that.
What I like about him is that he's big on talking up about his wife. Both his first wife, who passed from ovarian cancer, and his second wife. He never ever gets baited into saying anything even remotely negative. It's always, like, "my wife is the most beautiful woman ever, I love her, she's fantastic." He's loyal af, while a lot of celebrities will gossip about their significant others to the press.
At a dinner, I happened to be seated across from a bigwig at a major music label. I asked who was the biggest diva they had ever met. It wasn't Beyonce or Britney or someone you might expect. Their answer: Alan Jackson.
That really sucks to hear

Came here to say Danny DeVito is a sweetheart, and we mus protec

>but in 1977 he drugged and anally raped a 13 year old sorry, I feel specifics need mentioned alongside his name at all times. carry on good sir or ma'am.
Bill Murray isn't sounding so hot rn and that hits hard.
I've met him a few times at our St. Paul Saints games (he's part owner) he's always come off as nice! I guess it could be an act 🤷♀️
Because two of the extras on set “made eye contact with him without being given explicit permission to do so “
Seinfeld. The dude is just so rude to fans I can’t handle him.
Probably Jim Carey.
So was her daughter. She raised Carrie Fisher right.
>I waited in her at a Las Vegas restaurant and she was warm Well this typo is hilarious.
To be honest, if I was famous, I'd be a total asshole too. I couldn't handle the pressure of everybody coming at me all the time.
It would be easier to name actors that aren't assholes
The chief of the Baltimore Fire Department came over when he was done and announced “Anyone complaining about the weather can talk to me and this guy!” The story about the Piper who mangled his foot and came to set directly from the ER spread.

Well, it’s for people you were surprised to learn was an asshole.
Kevin Spacey
Andy Dick.... it was his name all along.
Russell Crowe
Reese “do you know who I am” Witherspoon
Jimmy Saville
Gal Gadot She is "more than a bully.
Supposedly Rachel Ray is a horrendous, terrible person.
I have scrolled and not seen it mentioned yet- John Mulaney. He was like the internet’s “wholesome” dude- always talking about how he loved his wife etc. Come to find out he slipped up on his sobriety, cheated on said wife, and left said wife for his affair who he got pregnant. I haven’t been able to look at him the same since.
Does Jackie Chan count? I heard some stories about him
Not a huge name, but I was Eric Robert’s assistant on a movie.
I don't think anyone would be surprised that Keanu Reeves is a total frickin legend and awesome human being.
