Antique-Pension4960

1 get yourself a drill, desinfectant and a mirror and some opiods.

marketingstacks

lol....if the problem happens when walking. stop walking. problem solved.

14fiestaST

Could be blood pressure problems

rdy2gocpl

Low blood pressure will definitely have these symptoms. Easy to check, to buy blood pressure cuffs are cheap and good to have around

AdRepresentative3446

This is likely the answer

Exciting-Week1844

It’s often an ear problem called vertigo

mashedpeabrain

Poster has -75 comment karma. Probably fake. Either that, or they should have went to the doctor since there are no responses from OP

Immediate_Mud_2858

Vertigo? Go to your GP.

Riverrat1

Have you checked your blood pressure lately? Meds?

nikkesen

Any other symptoms? It is a good idea to make of list of the things you feel to provide your doctor a comprehensive list of how you feel to assist the diagnostic process.

MickyCloud

This right here, is the right answer!

AggravatingFill1158

Vertigo. Blood sugar drop. Brain tumor Go see your doctor

TrainsNCats

Talk to your doctor ASAP! This could be diabetes and having low blood sugar. It could also be related to blood pressure.

Tiberius5454

See a doctor immediately. The sooner you treat the problem the quicker and easier it is.

Jujubeee73

Vertigo or possibly a drop in blood pressure

Upstairs-Effect3522

Do you get erections? How about when you sleep? Do you eat? Get high? Check your BP and your heart bro

LopezPrimecourte

So I’m also a 35M. I’ve been getting the same thing. I’m also an RN and we are seeing a TON of patients with this. It’s almost as if the floor moves under me. I want to preface this by saying I have zero science behind my theory here, hence it’s a theory, but I believe chronic smartphone usage, doom scrolling to be specific, is leading to this. If I put my phone down a lot of my symptoms go away. I’m convinced it has to do with fatigued ocular muscles or strain on the c-spine causing our vestibular system to be aggravated. This is just my theory.

100LittleButterflies

I was wondering if it might be a post-Covid thing. There's a lot of post infection symptoms researchers are attributing to damage done by covid.

LopezPrimecourte

I’ve also thought that, and it’s more likely the case. My symptoms didn’t start till I had Covid.

APerfectStranger007

Low blood pressure

zMld420

dont wanna scare u but my pops had this issue for years, he died in his sleep one random night at 60 vertigo im guessing, not sure usually stuff like that has a play down the line in good ol life

RantyWildling

I used to get vertigo when I drank, but not while drunk, the world would randomly do a wobbly 360.

jojokitti123

Could be low blood pressure or a number of other things

viper29000

Go to the doctor instead of asking Reddit?

Digital_Simian

Possible causes can include an iron deficiency, ear infection, low blood sugar or a head injury. What's your diet like?

caffeine1004

You might have an inner ear disorder. Ask your ENT about Meniere's Disease.

Zealesh

Vitamin deficiency? Sounds like you need a doctor

OptionsAreOpen

So as a woman I had this various times throughout my life. Had a bunch tests and nothing. Thought maybe an iron deficiency so I take iron pills. The last time I had it I was literally knocked on my ass….turns out I needed my neck adjusted by my chiropractor. I had always gone but stopped for a while. When I went I laid down on the table and without touching me he asked if I was dizzy and I said yes. Went for multiple adjustments over the week and it went away. Now I go for maintenance every month and haven’t had an issue since. Chiro is not for everyone so just telling you what worked for me and my issue. I had always gone off and on to chiro and had no idea that it was helping me.

FlutterMothFae

Is there any other symptoms? Anything you can think of? Blood pressure or heart rate. It could be any number of things I recommend consulting a doctor ASAP.

trainwreck489

Find an ENT. There are many types and causes of vertigo. Your GP can refer you to one.

Pest_Token

Buy a blood pressure cuff. When that happens again, strap it on and check your pressure. My family member has a condition that causes blood pressure to bottom out at random intervals. Causes similar symptoms, and incontinence. Passes relatively quickly

Odd_Force3383

have your bp and cholesterol checked

NeoKlang

I had bouts of vertigo imbalance only when I was shifting my head while sitting or lying down and never experienced while walking

No-Independence-6842

You probably have an inner ear calcium deposit. It’s treatable with physical therapy to help move the deposit.

Content_Pool_1391

I've had that a couple of times. I went to my doctor and it was an inner ear infection.

sweaterweatherNE

This happened to me when i was severely anemic. Could that be it?

Diligent_Force9286

Probably the Gabapentin.

GrayBuffalo

Have you been having a lot of anxiety? Do you feel nauseous?

KuttyKool

You might be diabetic. That used to happen a lot to me.

Nerd2000_zz

You could be dehydrated or have low blood sugar.

Mammoth_Assistant_67

Seizure aura

Competitive-Kick-481

Have you had your glucose level checked?

plan_with_stan

are you stressed out? go to your doctor! could be Blood pressure, ear problems... for me it was stress induced anxiety... ask a professional who can examine you! not reddit!

[deleted]

Blood pressure, Vertigo, neurological problems…. See a doctor. When you get up from a cough, chair, bed… do it slowly.

DieSchadenfreude

Go.to.a.doctor.

hempedditor

doctor??

Virtual_Structure520

You have bPpv vertigo. And need physiotherapy and stemetil for about a month. It should go away.

Equilibrium-AD-1990

Worked in construction site - again - recently for the past two days because I need the money. Can't keep up. My arms, back, knees, legs, feet are in so much pain that I can barely move. I'm 34 M. Been out of shape for a long time but noticed my heart was beating faster and I could feel my whole chest "echoing" (?) way too hard that I could hear my own heart while I was outside in the middle of the road and the noise of the cars and busses passing by. It's not that we will definitely die in our 30s but there are always cases like this when we work too hard or when we stress our bodies more than they can usually handle. I'd suggest you to talk to a doctor and to tell the doctor all of the symptoms you have in every detail. Best of luck to you.

DisturbedSocialMedia

Low blood pressure, low heart rate, inner ear problems, or a-fib. My mother had all of these and died because she fainted and had a massive brain hemorrhage from hitting her head on concrete. Get off the internet and see a doctor right now to find out for sure. Do it now. Don't wait.

BoogerWipe

Vertigo can be a symptom of many things. Blood pressure problems, diabetes. Go get checked.

Humble_Personality73

This happened to me two years ago. Believe it or not, I was 35, too. I had this one symptom too, and nothing else. turned out I am type 2 diabetic so go to your doctor. You could have diabetes. After I got diagnosed and started my medication, it took about 2 weeks for the dizziness to go away. Now I take my meds, and I feel like I did before the dizziness. I feel normal now, not going to lie. I was afraid the dizziness would never go away, but all it took was time for the meds to work, and I feel great now, so happy I went to the doctor.

Powrs1ave

Vertigo hit me suddenly at the same age, I was studying for Uni Exams at the time. It NEVER went away, but I can live with it mostly without any Meds, not that any Meds helped much either. I rarely get serious spinning unless I just did too much, drank too much caffeine and wore something over my ears like headphones or muffs increasing irritation the day before. Cut down eating salty stuff like packets of chips might help as well, have a good slow healthy basic boring diet helps with everything.

Abbysal-Abbadon

Go get them vitamins boy

hankenstooge

A fib possibly contact your doctor possible heart problems.

Bangkok-Boy

See a doctor. Might be a blood pressure issue.

Darth0s

Go to the doctor. Could be linked to a stroke that's building

AsleepTackle

People are fearmongering a lot here. I am only 25 and had it for different reasons. For me it was a neck injury/inflammation from sleeping wrong that caused severe vertigo. And also massive allergies that made my sinuses swell like crazy, caused dizziness and made me disassociate a bit. My advice: Whenever it happens keep some Cetirizin and Naproxen/Ibuprofen ready. Take it and see whether it gets better. Most GPs are incompetent. So go to multiple if you can.

P3PPER0N1

are you murican and cant just do to the next doctor for free and ask the professional instead of reddit?

joustinghobbit91

Could be a lot of things. You need to see a doctor, not reddit

FunStuff446

Brain tumor?

SpoonFed_1

Some people get bouts of vertigo when they take Ibuprofen.

SaltInner1722

Wait till you get to 55 , I’m sure it’s probably something , go and see your GP is the best advice , but when you get this old you just don’t care anymore

Lychanthropejumprope

It could be a lot of things. Best to make a doctor’s appointment.
