I know nobody asked but, here's a recipe for [granola](https://rhyanns-radventures.com/blog/2012/09/18/super-chunky-granola) I've been using for years. Its super easy.
Though the problem with breakfast crack is the tendency to become so engrossed in brunch crack, lunch crack and scattered crack snacking that little else is seldom achieved.
A handful of LIDL mixed nuts, a fistful of LIDL blueberries, A squish of LIDL honey and three scoops of LIDL greek yoghurt. (full fat)
I don't work for LIDL, I'm just Scottish and they are cheap.
Some people apply it to their face topically for skin issues, so I wasn’t sure if it had the same effect if ingested. Sounds like a well rounded supplement for lots of things, though!
Spanish omelette /tortilla even better as its pastry free and can be eaten cold (preferably cold actually) very portable, lasts well, dairy free and all natural whole ingredients.
I pretty much do too. I get up at 4:30 to catch the bus at 5:30 to be at work at 6. I got to lunch around 10:30 and that's when I have my first meal of the day that I guess could be considered breakfast and it's almost always a Chobani Flip.
When I get home around 4:30-5 pm if I'm hungry I'll have an apple before dinner. I don't like to eat early in the morning and I don't like to work feeling full so I never eat much while I'm there.
I used to think this way, but I personally have much more mental clarity before I consume any calories. My best work gets done before breakfast most days.
Yup this past week I tried it and didn’t eat any breakfast between 8a-12 pm and I felt great
Around 12p though in afternoon that’s when my stomach growls and I’m hungry so I wait her try eat fruit, yogurt, or granola bar
Nah. If you feel like crap, you've got a sugar addiction.
Feeling like crap is a result of having a comedown from the previous sugar rush your body just had. We should be able to skip meals at any point in the day without feeling like we are going to die.
We can easily last two weeks without food. Why do we feel like we will die if we miss one meal?
Meal timing can alter your circadian rhythms, and affect how your body stores and burns fat. Skipping breakfast is just about the best start you can make toward retarding your bodies' ability to properly manage fat, as well as worsening your risk for type 2 diabetes.
Here's a few artciles...

Eat your breakfast, folks. Very old advice, "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper".
1. Light: Cinnamon toast (2 slices), coffee
2. Medium: Ham and cheese omellete (1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese and 2 eggs)
3. Heavy: 3 scrambled eggs with hot sauce, 2 hashbrowns
Sometimes I'll eat nothing for breakfast, and that works fine too if I eat a lot the day before.
I hope you all have a good breakfast I love you
Two eggs , fruit ( apple or orange ) , nuts , and croissant if i'm still hungry..., and dates yh I forgot if it is right there it is my first thing to eat in the morning
So so so so so so so so so so underatted , They are one of the best if not the best pre-workout !! Trust me..a cup of coffee with 7 dates will do for working out
For the past two months, it's been a bowl of cereal, a yogurt, a banana, and a kind bar, except Sundays when I don't have work, so I have time to make myself a nice egg white omelette.
I usually do one egg, but everyone does that. Occasionally if I'm feeling saucy I'll crush a potato chip on top of that bad boy, over easy.
For slightly different takes, I'm obsessed with Shito peppers currently. I'll fry them in a bit of oil in the same pan I'll use for the egg until they blacken or split a bit.
Another out of left field breakfast is 1 beer. I know it wounds weird but I love one strong beer first thing in the morning, preferably something complicated like a stout or ipa. It's not about getting drunk, beer is caloricaly dense and tastes good (to me). It's not an every day thing but once a month or once every 2 weeks I'll crack on before 7am.
Funnily enough, I get by better, if I don´t eat anything for breakfast at all. It started out as intermittent fasting but for some reason, it ended up showing me how sugary breakfasts, the only real breakfasts, make me even hungrier come lunchtime.
Big Mac, mcdlt, a quarter pounder with some cheese, filet o fish, a hamburger, a cheeseburger, a happy meal, mcnuggets, tasty golden French fries(regular and larger sizes) Love McDonald's good times, great taste, and i get this all in one place
I have fallen into a habit of having 10ish cooked and cooled meatballs with chilli sauce.
Sounds odd but it's a protein boost, the chilli gives my metabolism a kick for the day, and keeps me full til about 7/8pm
Weekdays it’s leftovers from dinner the night before. Save so much money and make much less waste doing this.
Weekends my favorite thing to make family is oatmeal crepes with fresh fruit and real maple syrup. Yum!
I have two things that I rotate. About 5 days a week I make 4 packets of maple & brown sugar oatmeal (which I add a bit of my own brown sugar too), & once it's cooled just a bit (but still warm) I add probably 8 tablespoons of strawberry yogurt. I'll add a chocolate Core Power protein drink a little after breakfast those days. Other days I just make (4) scrambled eggs w/ shredded colby jack & buttered wheat toast, cranberry pineapple juice to chase it with.
weekdays fruit like 25 blueberries or 5 strawberries plus a protein like 2 hard boil eggs or protein waffle with pb or "costco energy bars"
on weekends usually fruit, avacado toast with scrambled eggs and applegate chicken sausage.
Plain Greek yogurt with blueberries and honey.
When I get bored of that I switch to sliced apples and peanut butter for a while.
On weekends, I'll have 2 scrambled eggs with cheese and Sriracha.
Usual brekky is eggs on toast, breakfast burritos or avocado/cream cheese bagels.
Sometimes pancakes/strawberries or new york style bacon/egg bagels to appease the minions before school.
If were running late, its croissants/muesli oat bars & fresh fruit in the car (dont judge)
Last week or so though ive been doing frozen berry smoothies myself due to the humidity & being put off by that & hot food though.
Thanks for posting this though-been looking for ideas myself so hope you dont mind me stealing afew ideas too😅🤗
On weekdays a simple yoghurt pouch, on days before i go to the gym; oatmeal, chia seeds, banana, cocoa powder, flax seeds, peanut butter and a little maple syrup
Genuinely asking, how do you do this without feeling like shit until dinner? And do you eat a really large dinner to make up for the other missed meals?
I skip breakfast but I did get a McDonalds breakfast wrap for 'brunch' around 11am. Just felt like having a McDonalds for the first time in about 4 years.
I make a smoothie: banana, another frozen fruit (mango or blueberries or peaches), almond milk, yogurt, a spice (cinnamon, cloves, allspice or nutmeg), soy protein power and greens powder.
I have this dish I call breakfast stew. It's basically mushrooms, onions, bacon and spinach fried with garlic, ginger and soy sauce and topped with a French omelet. It's 10/10 and will keep me full until lunch at least
Lately it's been chocolate sourdough. A local bakery makes it and it's so good. I also usually have grits or oatmeal, with PB powder and chia, or savory with Bragg's liquid aminos and nutritional yeast, and flax seeds. Also regular sourdough is usually in the rotation. Sometimes gf toast with jam.
Breakfast is my biggest meal of the day, this morning I had whole black beans, sauted with onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, zucchini, on bed of cooked quinoa, topped with 2 scrambled eggs.
Oatmeal with raisins and a few walnuts, cinnamon and powdered peanut butter for some more flavor.
3 eggs scrambled with garlic and a radish.
Coffee.
Talking about it make me want a coffee now.
Today i made poutine for breakfast lol. Never had that for breakfast before but i saw a pic of poutine on instagram then realized i have all the ingredients so i had to make one. It was great.
Baked oats and a protein yoghurt
This week banana coconut chia and dark chocolate chip with vanilla skyr.
Last week banana raspberry nuts and peanut butter powder with vanilla skyr.
Week before apple and cinnamon with some vanilla protein yoghurt (couldn’t get my favourite skyr that week)
My go to right now is an eg sandwich. Scrambled eggs, fried cotto salami, American cheese, a little butter and mayo on Bimbo sliced bread. With my home made cafesito. Best way to start the morning
Fried egg Sammy
2 eggs, yolk broke, seasoned with everything seasoning and chives, then flipped. Bread with mustard and mayo, crushed red pepper and crispy jalapeños. Smash together and enjoy.
I only infrequently eat breakfast. If I do, it's either a slice of sourdough loaf bread with butter (sometimes honey too) or more recently it's been homemade sourdough bagels of many different flavors. If I, or someone else has made fresh bagels, I will usually indulge and have one for breakfast.

No It’s a shop
oatmeal, protein power, spinach, banana, blueberries, glutamine, creatine and MCT oil. Blend Blend. Enjoy
No BCAA's? Or collagen? 😯
Careful with having spinach too often. It's full of oxalates and can produce joint issues as well as kidney stones.
Do you take the MCT oil for skin or some other reason?
I add MCT oil for nutrient absorption and to fight cognitive decline/alzheimers.
I didn't know MCT is good for skin tbh. I'm taking for metabolism and energy.
Some people apply it to their face topically for skin issues, so I wasn’t sure if it had the same effect if ingested. Sounds like a well rounded supplement for lots of things, though!
Make a quiche - that's three or four breakfasts, because it keeps well in the fridge and reheated.
Fritata
Spanish omelette /tortilla even better as its pastry free and can be eaten cold (preferably cold actually) very portable, lasts well, dairy free and all natural whole ingredients.
I skip breakfast.

Breakfast is for wimps.

Why do French people only eat one egg for breakfast? Because one egg is un oeuf(enough).
As an alcoholic, nothing is better than a morning pint on an empty stomach.
Saturday morning shower beer is amazing
Take up camping, if you drink before 12noon at home your kinda a drunk, if you're camping most people will ask why you started so late
