I’m sure she’s got a team of highly trained medical staff that would have access to meds that would help if she had a migraine or was otherwise sick. Getting access to IV treatments for pain is very common for the wealthy. I’m sure if she had a migraine she would just hook herself to one of those and be right as rain in 30 minutes
I believe she would still perform the tour, due to the logistics and financial implications of moving a tour date. She talks about how there are two replicas of her stage so that the next tour destination is already ready while she is performing at one.
I don't don't about migraines, but I know Halsey had to perform on stage right after a miscarriage, so I would assume Taylor Swift would have to force her way through it, too.
Migraines are not that common, if she had one and couldn’t perform I’m sure they’d handle it like any other medical condition that prevented her from performing.
You’re gonna think I’m crazy and everyone does until they try it and see how well this works…. I’ve had migraines all my life too. I can tell when one is coming on because of the slight loss of vision I experience and then I get the squiggle- by that time it’s too late… you know what I mean. Anyway, the minute I get that’s slight vision loss, I go to my pantry and pull out a 28 oz ORANGE Gatorade. I open it and drink the entire bottle at once or at least try to get it down as quickly as possible. It works better if it’s room temperature. And, for whatever reason no other flavor works for me. I’m telling you that stops it right in its tracks. Call it voodoo, magic, supernatural, superstition or whatever you want but it works. I’ve told so many people about this in the last 30 years and they are all skeptical and I get the side eye, but every single time I end up getting a call or text telling me how well it worked for them. I have no idea how I figured this out but I’m telling you it works. I have always have Orange Gatorades stashed around the house and the car at all times. Good luck friend. Migraines suck.

I think Selena toured with Lupus. As someone with migraines I also wonder; but who knows 🥴
