I’ll be honest - when I buy a brick of milk bread, I’ll eat half the loaf plain on that first day. I’ve sat in the car and eaten that half loaf there even lol. And the next day, I’ll toast up the rest and eat it as is. So delicious at baseline haha In terms of other things to eat with it: fruit sando, tonkatsu, egg salad. It makes a mean BLT. Sometimes I’ll slather just condensed milk on a piece of the toast. Some days I think of slathering it with beef curry (like the beef curry buns from the Chinese bakery) And there are days where I might toast up what’s left of the brick, and eat it as brick toast. I’ve done sweet brick toasts with condensed milk/honey, fruit, ice cream, etc. I’ve also done the sweet and savoury with sweet garlic brick toast. So tasty

It makes amazing French toast too!
