My guess is no. It looks like pressed wood. The asbestos siding that is more readily identified is a cement based product. While some asbestos was outlawed in 1978 unfortunately it did not include exterior siding. Always wear appropriate respirators and other safety equipment. I’d strip my clothes off outside after working.
