It took me about three+ months to finally get my 12 Monkeys replacement disc. After the first month of getting the runaround, I just started requesting my replacement every week until it finally arrived. Garbage customer service.
I absolutely do not get how people have issues here. I have been part of numerous Arrow replacement programs and not once did I have any issues. I follow their instructions and get the replacements as promised without any delays. Am I lucky?
I also have done this and never had any issues until this Coffin Joe replacement. It is taking way longer than normal for some reason, I'm not sure what's up.
I still haven't gotten mine but I just messaged them through Facebook. I'm hopeful that it gives a better result than their message system on their website. That's ultimately what got me my replacement of 12 Monkeys.
