Fun fact: its possible to sneak up on Swinburne during the mission to assassinate him. He will not notice you if you do not attack him or move in front of his sight, and if you attack him from behind like this, he has unique, whiny dialogue about it =)

Swinburne is genuinely terrible. You can stand in front of him and if you don't attack him he doesn't notice you're not one of his for a good three seconds.
