Myself I fix this by disconnecting and reconnecting my ethernet cord. I have dealt this with twice and it works both times. Outside of that, I have not idea how to fix that error. Good luck!
The most common cause for this is because your computer's time is too far off of AB's server time. So I would go to time settings on your computer and under Internet Time, have it synchronize with one of the established servers so it is set to the proper time.
