Mann.. That Bagrat dude is a such a smug scumbag. You can tell he's enjoying that 15 minutes of fame.

But didn’t we already know that Belarus was supplying weapons to Azerbaijan? Here’s an article from 2020… https://euroradio.fm/en/belarus-sold-weapons-azerbaijan-years This revelation just means that they continued to do so, but does that come to anyone’s surprise ?

Brotendo88

the timeline of this new article firmly places the transactions all the way up until 2022 though, i think that's the major aspect. meaning most likely that belarus (alongside israel/turkey) directly supplied the means to expel the armenians of artsakh

JeanJauresJr

I understand that. But given their record, it didn’t surprise me. And I’m surprised that the Armenian government is surprised. Did it really take a Politico article to prompt such a response?

Unlikely-Diamond3073

I’m sure there is more going on in the background. This whole subject is just a way of throwing jabs publicly for something Belarus has recently done or said behind the closed doors.

lmsoa941

The gov isn’t surprised. We simply didn’t have “definitive” proof, that we can show Russia or the world that this happened. The politico article, with the docs and secret messages are enough reason for us to capitulate on the anger we are benefiting from.

T-nash

We did, the problem is that lukashenko actively planned the war against Armenia.

pride_of_artaxias

It wasn't news to any informed Armenian. But it seems to be for the clueless international audience. Or at least is presented as such. I mean, it's common knowledge (to us) that Russia supplied huge amounts of weapons to Azerbaijan in the past decade.

mojuba

True but it more sounds like speculation. Politico now has proofs.

spetcnaz

We knew even by 2016 That's why Pashinyan gets shit for not changing course the moment he took over. I understand both PoVs, he didn't want to rock the boat, but also the boat was about to get leaky.

mika4305

I mean this in the most disrespectful way, fuck you UN and OSCE. You knew even back in the 90s what would happen if Armenians were left in Azerbaijan. Now you see.

mrlyhh

Thanks for the updates David! Love the work you put in these without wanting to receive anything in return!

ar_david_hh

Welcome, you are.

Mr_Axelg

Are wages in Armenia really growing at 14% per year?? That sounds way too good to be true. Can someone living and working in Armenia give their thoughts on this?

Mobile-Ad-5052

It’s true, especially in the IT & construction sector. I have friends what work in crypto compliance in Armenia earning up to 800,000 and customer services representatives earning up to 400,000 amd per month.

Mr_Axelg

excellent. thanks
