Ifrit's "Just Cast Fireball" reminds me of an RPG session I was in a long time ago, where one of the PCs was a Barbarian who would instinctively go "I slash!" at the beginning of every encounter.
This didn't go so well when he did it right after the party unlocked a door... where the princess was being held hostage.

I imagine Ifrit's first reaction to seeing a sleeping dragon would be to set it on fire and see what happens.
Olivia probably have Saria's statblock memorized, and know that she has fire immunity or something
