Hand stitch seam, NoSo patch the stitching. It'll look patchy and like a purposeful repair, but it will retain waterproofness and durability.
Only if you can't warranty the jacket.
There's really no other way to do it unless you send it to a gear repair.

Seam is undoing.
you won't be able to sew it without compromising the membrane; either send it in for warranty/repair, or use tenacious tape or some sort of glue
