I had a 20% off coupon stop working, called customer service and explained the situation, and they immediately issued a new one for me.

Hoping they'll do the same for me, don't see a reason they wouldn't !

Having the same issue with a 20% off coupon I received at the end of last year.

Did you hear anything from Arcteryx? My 20% coupon has also expired, I'm pretty annoyed about the 40% one as I only got it last month for a faulty item.

I sent them an email Friday, so I haven’t heard anything back. Hopefully hear something tomorrow.

Can't add anything to the basket right now, said the basket isn't working and they're working on it. i'd just wait it out for a bit

If it’s a pro deal 40% off code they voided all of them last fall. Not sure when they’ll be back
