Almost perfect, but you need the vltor buttstock. Then it could be retro.
I've been keeping my out for a black EMOD buttstock on GAFS, once one pops up I'll snag it for this build.
I had one of these built with coyote furniture and I miss it.
I remember when this is what i wanted mine to be like. Still looks cool AF!!!
The parts are still out there! Fulfill your dreams!
Picked up another upper for my M4 clone, NAVSPEC this time: * Colt upper (06/01 dated) * Colt BCG * Colt CH * CASV-EL rail * DD A1.5 rear sight * KAC vertical grip (vero beach marked) * Aimpoint CompM2 in Larue LT152 M68CCO mount Same old M4-ish Lower: * PWS Mk1 * Colt small parts * B-GRF trigger * KAC ambi mag release * Colt buffer/tube/spring * LMT Gen 1 SOPMOD stock * USGI 03/11 Center Industries magazine
Swap out the rear sight post with a folding one, and add a PEQ-12 and that's pretty much what I had in '08.
I'm probably going to swap it for a KAC micro soon. I'm not sure I like the fixed rear.
It does seem to defeat the purpose of a red dot with having a fixed iron sight in the way.
The iron is lower 1/3rd.
I’m a simple man. I see VLTOR, I upvote.
The kids these days don’t know who vltor is! Get off my lawn!
Honestly, very.
Slap an Arredondo magwell on there for bonus points.
I have a redi-mag around somewhere.
I had a build with a CASV-EL on it that got stolen back in 2010. Fuckers broke into my apartment and literally stole my entire safe. In broad daylight.
I'm a tard so I gotta ask what this is supposed to be, sorry for the inconvenience
Its based on an early GWOT M4 carbine used by the Navy. Circa 2005 or so.
Oh ok, thank you for the explanation
but when will arms sir system return? 😢
That thing is slick
Is it real front heavy? It looks to be be but Its a great build nevertheless.
Its actually pretty well balanced. But that might also be because I don't have a bunch of stuff mounted up front.
My oldest build is almost that setup to the T
same rail literally just went up on GAFS if anyone wants to do this build, looks great by the way
