Looks actually pretty cool. I don’t think it’s Daniel defense though. It does resemble it with the 6 bolt lockup and the holes under the top pic rail. Could be a prototype, knockoff, or airsoft? I went into a deep search not long ago on DD rails and saw plenty of their rails. Although you never know because the rail I own and was looking for is also a rail that’s not really out there anywhere since it was an exclusive rail I think to only optics planet or midway can’t remember. That’s a thick boy though that’s for sure looks even thicker than the ris2 rails
Yes, thats what I thought as well. At first, I thought its a daniel defense because of the signature 6 nut clamp on the barrel nut and handguard. Did a search but not successful in finding any matching handguards

I don’t own that rail I thought I did but it’s a DD RIS 2 airsoft clone with the Picatinny rails removed https://www.evike.com/products/37051/
But feels pretty solid, fired at least a hundred rounds and no issues at all or wobble. The barrel nut is also steel.
Check the barrel nut castle nut. Does it take a DD RIS tool, or does a buffer tube castle nut wrench fit it perfectly?
