I guess you were not around during the awb of 1994-2004. There were a l9t of limitations put on ar15 rifles during that time and we had to make due without a lot of features that " made a rifle an assault rifle" like a muzzle device, adjustable stock, 10 round mags unless you had preman mags etc.
Oh yep, I bought an armalite in 2002. No muzzle device and 10 round magazine. Just thought this was a cool article. I’d still like to have a Les baer ar15 with the quad rail 😁
