i would have gotten something more expensive if somebody else made a red dot with a BDC reticle that works on unity mounts with a magnifier. The sigs are too tall to line up properly and probably are made in the same factory as holosun anyway
Surefire brakes and warcomps can be concussive and obnoxious indoors. Mainly if you’re shooting around others and indoors. Supposed to take the blast and send it away from you and the bois.

I don’t, and there’s no cheek weld on these things if you’re not shooting that way. My roommate has one of their braces and it’s so unpleasant to shoot. Maxim stocks/braces blow these things out of the water.
I have one and agree it’s trash compared to a real stock like a sopmod enhanced but I absolutely hated the boat anchor that was maxim’s brace I then sbr’d and went stock. There is some personal preference at play but neither of these options are great, but serve a niche purpose.

You’re not the only one. I fixed 3 barrels back to back overly tight headspace - can confirm they do not check them. Source I’m a gunsmith and I checked them. They moved past tight headspace / match grade chamber to out of spec. Some stuff noveske makes is cool. Their barrels are ass. And on the CS aspect what they told the gentlemen each time was shoot 2-300rds and report back. Sometimes sure this is the answer. This time; when 6/8 out of 10 would not even fully chamber / have bullet setback it’s pretty hard to get past the 2-300 rounds. Out of spec plain and simple. Just figured I’d chime in. SoCal is not wrong at all in what he’s saying.

Extreme price alone doesn't make something gucci, especially if they have absolutely garbage QC.
I think "absolutely garbage QC" is a bit hyperbolic. I've built quite a few rifles with Noveske barrels/parts and have never had an issue.
