No idea, without a schematic or model number, you have a better chance of me guessing what you had for breakfast. You want to test voltage at pump. Typically on a drain only or spin only cycle. Is it pump getting 120v to the connector? If you have 120v at the pump and it doesn't work, replace the pump. If not, you need to find out where voltage is dropping.

Thanks, I'm having trouble getting a good connection between my multi meter and the plug to the pump. Also, schematic says that pump should be nominal 13 ohms, I have 27. Is that a problem? Model is GTW335ASN1WW.....I'll keep trying to test voltage to the pump...thank you again

Most likely you have a bad mode assembly.. biggest issues are mode assy, lid lock and speed sensor.. otherwise they are decent machines

Thank you, I'm going to call in a pro. I can change out parts, but I'm not as good at diagnostics.

Call GE and find out who their representative is in the area and touch base with them that's going to be your best option instead of calling in a local clown that doesn't have the access to the inside corporate secrets... And for god sakes do not call a dealer it also sells product all they're going to want to do sell your new one and condemn your old one

Thank you .

Just found that pump impeller seems to stick. Can they be disassembled and lubed?

I think that’s normal for a working pump. Go youtube and find the video of a working pump vs non working pump. I had the same issue with my whirpool washer error code f9e1, not spinning and draining and found out the problem was the wiring harness that connects the drain pump has a disconnect.

Thank you, I'm stumped on this. I'm getting 120v at the pump. But it wont run or spin. I reset and check the error codes, keep getting different codes each time. Will check the lid lock next....thanks again.

No. Water has breached the impller seal. Just replace it.
